Restaurant

The space alone says it all: smart tables, candlelight, a welcoming ambiance. It’s not at all difficult to feel relaxed here. Our head chef carefully selects the best local ingredients. Fruit and vegetables from small farms dotted around the ancient cultural landscape of the De Reest river. The finest meat from local game, Zuidwold mangalitza, tender Hoogveen lamb or our own Scottish Highland beef, full of flavour.
